Body Work Session (60 minutes / 75 minutes)

Kyndra specializes in gentle modalities that deeply relax the body, calm the nervous system, and restore physical balance, allowing the client to have a sense of peace and well-being. She uses an integrative and intuitive approach, weaving energy work, fascial unwinding, and craniosacral therapy in the session. The primary intention is to shift the nervous system from the stress response of “fight or flight” into the “rest and digest response” where the body begins to relax and restore as it was designed to do as well as create space in the body for freedom of movement. Most of us have fast paced lives that require more of us than we often have to give, resulting in perpetual stress and tension on the body, mind, and spirit. These restorative sessions promote peace and empower the individual to return to daily life routine with a sense of well-being. These sessions are beneficial to anyone experiencing stress or overwhelm, and conditions such as anxiety, sensory processing disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, sleep disorders, emotional or physical trauma, grief, and chronic pain. These sessions are safe for all ages and can be a supportive treatment at the end of life, as well as before and after surgery. Price: $100 / $120

New Client Session (75 minutes)

The initial visit includes a client interview, which allows the client and practitioner to gather and share information regarding intentions, medical background, and primary concerns to guide the 60 minute body work session. Price: $120

Distance Reiki Session

A 60 minute reiki session. The client is encouraged to find a quiet space in their home to relax while the practitioner works from a distance. Distance reiki has the same deep relaxation benefits as in-person sessions. Price: $100

In Home Visit

These visits are for those at end-of-life, seniors, or individuals with physical or logistical conditions that cannot easily access the office. A massage table can be brought to the home or a preferred chair/bed can be used. Price: $140 + $20 for homes 20 min outside the midtown office.
